Downtown Lihue is the heart of Kauai. The Rice Street Business Association is a nonprofit organization (FEIN: 83-2093049) (GE: 172-704-8192-01) here to catalyze community driven change through purposeful initiatives and events that help the Kauai Ohana make Lihue their place to be.

CATEGORY 2 LOWELL CAUSED OVER $400 MILLION OF DAMAGE ON KAUAʻI ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8. WE ARE CURRENTLY ASSISTING OUR COMMUNITY WITH FOOD, WATER, ELECTRICITY, AND SHELTER.
